Adding Employee Department or Designation (Job Title)

Update Department by Editing Employee Details

After logging into the Workceo webpage, hover over the “Team” section in the left side column of the page. Click on the “Employees” option as shown below to open the list of employees.


In order to edit the department of an employee, hover over the “Action” icon found on the right side of eack row and select “Edit” option as shown below.


Click on the “Department” section as shown below to display the available department options to choose from.


Click on the “Save” button to save the changes made.

Update Designation by Editing Employee Details

In order to edit the designation of an employee, hover over the “Action” icon found on the right side of eack row and select “Edit” option as shown below.


Click on the “Designation” section as shown below to display the available designation options to choose from.


Click on the “Save” button to save the changes made.
