Changing Lead Status

Leads Module

In order to change the status of the leads, open the “Leads” page from the “Clients” tab in the left-hand column of the webpage.


Open the current status of the required client by clicking on the down arrow under the status column to update as shown below.


The status can be updated to three available options of “Pending”, “Inprocess” or “Converted”.

Adding Lead Status In Settings > Lead Settings > Lead Status

In order to change the lead status from the settings page, hover over the profile image to display the options as shown below and click on the “Settings” icon to open the “COMPANY SETTINGS” page.


Select the “Lead Settings” option from the left side column of the settings page as shown below.


This will open the “Lead Source” page. Choose the option “Lead Status” from the left side column of the “LEAD STATUS” page as shown below.


Add the new lead status in the space provided. There are also options available to edit or remove existing lead status. Click on the “Save” button to further save the status.
