Filtering Results in Client Module

Filtering Results with Top Easy Filters

After logging into the WorkCeo web application, look for the “Clients” tab on the left hand column of the webpage. Hover over the “Clients” tab to reveal further links.


Click on “All Clients” to reveal the list of all the current clients of your organisation which have been added into the WorkCeo platform as shown below.


In order to filter the results, there are five easy options available on the top of the “Clients” page as shown below.
 

To view only the active clients, click on the “Active Clients” icon on the top of the “Clients” page


To view only the inactive clients, click on the “Inactive Clients” icon on the top of the “Clients” page


To view only the clients created in this week, click on the “Created This Week” icon on the top of the “Clients” page


To view only the clients created in this month, click on the “Created This Month” icon on the top of the “Clients” page


To view only the clients created in this year, click on the “Created This Year” icon on the top of the “Clients” page


Filtering Results with Filter Sidebar Menu

A filter option is available in the side bar menu as shown below. Click on the “Filters” button to open a pop up on the left side of the “Clients” page


Choose from the filter options like date range, client status, and client name as shown below and click “Apply”. A “Reset” button is also available to reset the filter choices.
 

Filtering  Results with Row Headings

Alternatively, there is also option available to filter the clients in alphabetical order from the row headings in the “Clients” page as shown below.


Click on the row heading “Client” to view client details in increasing or decreasing alphabetical order of client names.


Click on the row heading “Contact Name” to view client details in increasing or decreasing alphabetical order of client’s contact names.


Click on the row heading “Email” to view client details in increasing or decreasing alphabetical order of clients’ email id.


Click on the row heading “Phone Number” to view client details in ascending or descending order of clients’ phone numbers.


Click on the row heading “Status” to view the clients’ details together based on their active or inactive status.


Click on the row heading “Created” to view the clients’ details in ascending or descending order of their date created as shown below.


Lastly, there is also a search option available on the top right corner of the “Client” page as shown below.
