How to Change Client Status to Inactive
Edit Client > Status Field
Upon logging into the Dashboard, go to the “Clients” page. All clients are listed with details as shown below. To view further details, click on the “Action” button. In the dropdown, click on the “View” button as indicated below.
Click on “Edit Client” button, on the top right corner of the page.
In the “Edit Client” page, the status of the client is displayed as indicated below. Click on the “Status” button. Change the status of the client to “Deactivate” in the “Status” dropdown box. Then “Save” the client details.
