Overview of Job Invoices

Invoices Automatically Generated with Each Job

After logging into the Workceo webpage, hover over the “Jobs” section in the left side column of the page. Click on the “All Jobs” option as shown below. 


Click on any of the “Job Name” to further view its job description.


Select the “Invoices” tab from the top options available as shown below to open the invoice for that selected job.

The required invoice will be visible as shown below. There is also a “+ Add Invoice” option available to add a new invoice.


Add Invoice from the Invoice Module

After logging into the Workceo webpage, hover over the “Money” section in the left side column of the page. Click on the “Invoices” option as shown below.


This will view the invoices of the available clients. To add a new invoice to the list, click on the “Add Invoice +” button on the top right corner of the webpage as shown below.


This will open an “Add Invoice” page as shown below. Fill in the required details and click “Save” button. There are additional options to add a service or product.
