Overview: Support Tickets and Issue Maintenance
In the main dashboard, click on the “+” button on the top right corner page as shown. Click on the “Add Ticket” button.
In the “Tickets” page, enter the ticket details like “Requester Name”, “Type” ,”Priority”, “Subject” and “Description” of the ticket being raised. After entering the details, click on the “Submit” button on the bottom right corner of the page indicating the ticket status as shown below.
