What is WorkCEO

WorkCEO is an easy to use web-based software program designed to help small to medium sized businesses organize and grow their business through 3 major work flows; SALES, WORK and INVOICING. Some basic and standard features include follow-ups, scheduling, dispatching, calendaring, invoicing, QuickBooks®  and Xero integration, and advanced reporting.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since launching in October of 2006. We are in over 12 countries serving thousands of users world wide on our program.  We are owned by Gannett, the owners of the USA Today Network.

Is WorkCEO right for my business?

Our software is good for people in the Field Service Industries.  Plumbers, HVAC, Electricians, Home Cleaning and other home service companies find our software beneficial to running their business.  Their sizes range from the small mom and pop shops to large corporations with multiple offices.   Any business who wants to track SALES, WORK & INVOICING need WorkCEO.

How much does it cost?

WorkCEO is priced as a monthly or yearly subscription starting at a low per month charge for 2 employees and plans with unlimited users. There are no long-term contracts as we believe in earning your business each month. In fact, you can export all your data and cancel your account at any time. We suggest going to our pricing page. How does the billing work?

We bill your Credit Card each month on the date you signed up.  There are no long-term contracts and you can cancel your account at any time.  All sales are final and there are no refunds or pro-rated refunds for the monthly or annual plans.

How secure is my data?

Very secure. We understand that your customer and job records are crucial to your business. To ensure data security we backup all account data nightly to multiple geographic locations. All data is encrypted during transmission with industry-standard 256 bit SSL (secure socket layer) technology (paying accounts only). This is the same encryption used by banks for online banking.

What are the system requirements?

Since WorkCEO is a fully managed web-based application, there is nothing you need to download or install. All you need is a web browser.Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari will work the best.  We work on any MAC or PC and most all Tablets and Smartphones using their mobile web browser, or you can download our mobile apps on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Does your service integrate with QuickBooks® Online or Xero?

Yes. We have been told by many that our sync to QBOE is by far one of the best out there.  We just launched our Xero sync in Jan 2017.
