How to get help - Troubleshooting tips


Page tips


Look for page tips on the top right corner of the current webpage of the admin panel as indicated in the image below. 



Page tips provide useful links and suggestions on the most relevant topics/activities detailed in the current webpage of the admin panel which the user is viewing. Click on “Page Tips” for accessing most relevant information related to the current webpage.


WorkCoach

“WorkCoach” is a go to place to learn the basics of setting up and running your business on workceo.com. “WorkCoach” link is located at the bottom left corner of the admin panel. It provides guidance on the following crucial categories of running your business:

  2. “Schedule and Jobs”

  3. “Clients and Leads”

  4. “Team Management”

  5. “Customizing Setting”

  6. “Videos”

  7. “Invoice and Payments”

  8. “Mobile App”

WorkCEO Chatbot


The easy to use and intuitive chatbot is available at the bottom right corner of the “Workceo.com” webpage.



Click on the chatbot and enter your “Name”, Email Address” and query or message in the chat box. Most relevant information and answers would be provided to your queries by the WorkCEO chatbot.



WorkCEO Help Center


WorkCeo Help Center is a searchable database of the Workceo platform. It is accessible from the “Resources” tab of the “Workceo.com” webpage. Use the database to search for topics of interest relating to using the Workceo platform to grow your business. Refer to the image below to access the help center.
